vegetable, rice and other Seed s along with Agro-chemical products (Pesticide) marketed through its domestic and overseas distribution network invites application from the competent and suitable candidates for its Pesticide Wing against following senior position:
Requisite Academic Qualification: MBA with major in Marketing or MS in Agricultural Science but Entomology is preferable from BAU or any other Public University.
Working Experience: Minimum 8-10 years practical experience in promotion, marketing and sales of Agro-Chemical products(Pesticide) from any fairly reputed Multinational or Corporate BusinessHouse in Bangladesh having well related Int’l suppliers’ channel/network.

· Understand the Bangladesh agricultural system at a high level including Seed s and agro chemicals marketing, Seed and pesticide distribution, agronomy and crop production, etc.
· Rich product knowledge about pesticide including its pricing and area wise demand.
· Sound Financial knowledge in Planning and budgeting proven ability to apply sales process effectively to develop a team of professional sales personal.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Major Job Responsibilities: Preparing Product wise Annual Import Plan for Pesticide and accordingly formulate Product wise Annual Sales Budget with related Activity Plan for implementing the same.
· Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the Divisional and Area in-charges towards achievement of the targeted sales with ensuring of necessary logistic support and proper motivation/coordination
· Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors and their products.
· Event Management for organizing Training for staff/Dealers/Retailers and Conference,
· Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
· Annual performance evaluation of the subordinates
· Build company image by collaborating with customers, government community. organizations and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Maintain liaison with Donors, NGOs, Govt. organizations and importers association
· Other works to be assigned by the management as warranted by situation.
Job Location: Head office in Dhaka but need to perform extensive field tour for most of the days in a month.
Job Nature: Full time and Regular
Salary range: As per company scale with other compensation packages e. g. Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Term Insurance, etc. (May also be negotiable for the deserved candidate)
